About me

I’m an Integrative Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist, clinical member of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I trained at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE), where I learnt from leading experts in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, such as Graham Music and Dan Hughes (PACE), to name a few.

My approach draws on the creative arts and play as powerful ways for children and young people to express their inner world, especially when words alone aren’t enough.

I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, attachment difficulties, sleep issues, struggles at school, neurodiversity, and developmental trauma. My integrative training allows me to tailor my approach to the unique needs of each young person I work with, whether through talking, play, creative expression, or body-based techniques.

At the heart of my work is building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, where thoughts and feelings can be explored at a pace that feels right. I am currently offering online sessions for young people (aged 13+) and have limited space for private practice. I am also a Herts in Mind Sessional Counsellor and worked in primary and secondary schools as a psychotherapist.
